While such names are totally acceptable for Windows, some software components have a problem with long names, particularily when they contain spaces or special characters.

 

Instead of the spaces in the name, use the UNDERSCORE ( _ ). A name such as Team Pictures 2006 Acting Silly Picture.jpg will be Team_Pictures_2006_Acting_Silly_Picture.jpg It would be even better as Team_Pic_2006_ActingSilly.jpg ....shorter and with no spaces.
